Why work at Southern Queensland Institute of TAFE

The Southern Queensland Institute of TAFE is a learning organisation delivering nationally recognised vocational and educational training to Queensland and beyond.

Consisting of nine campuses throughout south-west Queensland: Toowoomba, Warwick, Stanthorpe, Kingaroy, Cherbourg, Dalby, Chinchilla, Roma and Charleville, the Institute services regional and remote clients through innovative learning providing real job options and development to the communities we serve.

The Institute offers courses in vocational education and training, traineeships, apprenticeships, Diploma and Certificate level training, combined TAFE/secondary courses, adult tertiary preparation, short courses and Board of Secondary School Studies subjects.

The Institute prides itself on its flexible and blended delivery policy that provides people with equal access to cost effective and high quality training, as well as offering people more options in terms of what, when, where and how they learn. Southern Queensland Institute of TAFE has moved away from traditional modes of teaching to allow for our teaching focus to continue to change and develop with industry needs.
